About Our Training Department...

Woods Bros Realty has been listing and selling homes since 1889, longer than any other firm in the Lincoln market area.  Five generations of families have selected our firm to handle the sale of their homes. 

Although part of the second largest real estate brokerage firm in the country, Woods Bros Realty is locally managed by people who call Nebraska home.  We have 275 sales associates who work out of seven office locations in Lincoln, Seward, Beatrice, York and Grand Island.

Woods Bros Realty has a full time trainer dedicated to our sales associates' success.  We also have a Computer Training Division, which offers on-the-job education for our agents.  

Woods Bros Realty also offers the nationally recognized e-agent training program to our agents, making them some of the most techno-savvy in the industry!  This specialized program is a Woods Bros Realty exclusive, and is an example of our efforts to keep our associates on the cutting edge of technology.
